Return and Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the product has been delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return and refund is applicable only if you have received wrong or defective product. If you have received what you have ordered then the return or refund will not be applicable.

We do have exchange policy in case of size related issues. If you want to exchange then you need to write an email to us at support@dappersanddivas.com or dappersanddivas07@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product and also attach the image of the product you received.

For exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The exchange will be applicable only on your first order. If you have ordered more than one shirt in your first order then the exchange will be applicable only on one shirt from those. Once the exchange is approved, at the time of delivery you need to pay Rs.200 for shipping charges. The shirt will be free. You only have to pay shipping.

Once you send us an email for exchange we will generate a return pickup for you and the exchanged product will be delivered with 5 to 7 business days.
